He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Cleveland Self and Joyce Self; and his nephew Jeremiah Bradford. He is survived by: his mother Bernadette Meshell of El Dorado, Arkansas; his siblings, Charles Cage (Joey Self) of El Dorado and Patricia Cage of Jacksonville, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Charles D. Cage, Jr., Shardai Cage, Donte Tinnin, Jeralynn Bradford and Alana Starwalt. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
