He is survived by: his children, Gail Hollier (Rodney Hollier), George Wesley Dawson (Karena Dawson) and Neko Dougherty; his brother Charles Dawson (Martha Dawson Paine); his grandson Michael Landry; and his siblings, Jason Landry, Mitchelle Murelle, Angela Lewis, Jennifer Dawson, Lindsey Dougherty and Bryce Durham. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
