She was predeceased by: her father Joe Wayne Jacks. She is survived by: her mother Diann Impson Jacks of Yellowpine; her husband John Strickland of Hemphill; her daughter Amanda Strickland of Hemphill; and her siblings, Adrian Jacks (Tricia) of Hemphill, Janet Sutton (Ray) of Yellowpine and Marie Williams (Clay) of Yellowpine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Yellowpine Cemetery (211 Starr St, Hemphill, TX 75948).
