He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maria and Luis Nuñez; and his aunt Beatriz Nuñez. He is survived by: his wife Leticia Rey; his children, Joshua Rey (Yvette Rey) and Leilani Rey; his son-in-law Ray Lopez; his siblings, Oscar Rey, George Nuñez and Sofia Rey; his parent Cecilia Rey; and his aunt Mary Lou Nuñez.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Atonement (15415 Red Robin Rd, San Antonio, TX 78255). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Historic San Elceario Presidio Chapel (1556 San Elizario Rd, San Elizario, TX 79849).
