He is survived by : his wife Glenda R. Avila; his children, Victoria Avila (Ja'Quay Pough), Claudia Margot Avila, Karina Consuelo Avila and Manuel Avila, III; his mother Linda C. Avila; his mother-in-law Rosa R. Ramirez; his siblings, Laura Garcia (Anselmo), Marco Avila (Cindy) and Tomas Gerardo "Toto" Avila (Leticia); his siblings-in-law, Leticia Tolentino (Bobby) and Rene Ramirez (Vanessa); and his grandson Ja'Quay "Baby Quay" Pough, II. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family; and many friends.
