She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Moore Rosier and William Rosier; her children, Kathy, Lisa and Marshall; her husband Herb; and her sister Elaine Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Kellye Kidd (Jonathan), Leigh Anne Frazier (Tim) and Michelle Billings Kinder (Patrick); her grandchildren, Anna, Victoria, Denis Kidd, Austin, Kelsey, Grace Frazier, Maya and Sophia Kinder; her great grandchildren, Marshall Frazier and Luke Kidd; and her caregiver Hilda Espinosa (Joe).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the hospice or organization of your choice that brings joy or lightens the load of others - as Judy did every day of her life.
