She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Mahan and Hester Mahan of Elliott; her daughters, Dottie Couch Miller and Gail Couch Baker; and her spouse Ancel Boswell.
She is survived by: her former husband Olen William Couch; her daughters, Carolyn Couch Henson, Linda Couch Weaver and Nelda Couch Calhoun; and her sons-in-law, Billy Don Weaver and James Earl Calhoun. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren 25 Great Grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
