He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Seals and Florence Seals. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Seals; his children, Lichelle Cobb (Joe), Shaylyn Clawson, Jonathan Rutledge (Amanda), Heather Bromley (Jason) and Candace Carr (Derek); and his grandchildren, Makenzie Clawson, Anthony Griffis, Jayden Cobb, Bailey Bromley, Taya Carr, Darian Carr, Caitlin Carr, Tannah Rose Rutledge, Ember Rutledge and Garrison Rutledge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
