She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ferguson and Dorthy Ferguson; her daughter Sharon Peavy; her grandsons, Matthew Lovell, Andrew Peavy and Eugen Bowen; her sisters, Ann Ferguson, Linda Jacob and Glenda Stubblefield; and her children-in-law, Sandy Simon and Hershell Bowen.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Henry Henja of Abilene; her children, Bill Simon (Karen) of Monahans, Gene Simon of Omaha, David Simon (Roberta) of Wills Point, Janet Bowen of San Antonio, Brenda Gill (Mike) of Abilene and Liz Williams of Abilene; and her sisters, Janie Widemon of Mt. Pleasant and Peggy Taylor of Longview. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as great-great grandchildren.
