He was predeceased by: his wife Amy Mae Threet; his son Donald; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his sons, Calvin (Jennifer) of Abilene and John (Jeanie) of Hawley; his siblings, Richard of Ranger, Ruby Whitehead, Johnnie Chancellor, Mary Louise and Rena Mae Berkly; and his grandchildren, Mia, Dillon, Andrew and Glen. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
