It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katharine Ligon (Hawkins, Texas), born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Jean Long; her stepfather Gene Long; her daughter Debi Sanders; and her father Leroy Garner. She is survived by: her husband David Ligon; her children, Pat Rehders (Joe), Brent Casey, Will Ligon (Jennie) and Wendy Day (Andy); her sister Susan Allen (Walter); and her son-in-law Royce Sanders Sr.. She is also survived by four grandsons, four granddaughters, two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
