It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jodie Frank Dobecka in Hawkins, Texas, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Dobecka and Mary Kozlovsky; his daughter Mary Malone; his sister Betty Hines; his niece Kimberly Chance; and his great grandchildren, Alydia Murphree and Hayleigh Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Dobecka; his children, Daniel Dobecka, David Dobecka, Jimmy Dobecka, Sallie Dobecka and Melissa Chance; his siblings, Eddie Dobecka and Anna Slovacek; and his grandchildren, Samantha Butler (Brian), Elizabeth Simpson (Kenny), Tina Cummings, Joseph Breeland and Stephanie Boone (Justin). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
