We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2019, at the age of 82, Carlis Strickland (Hawkins, Texas), born in Nevada, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leonard and Bertha Strickland (Aldridge); and his brother Joe Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Sherilon Joyce Strickland; his sons, Gary Strickland of Hawkins, TX, Roger Strickland of Hawkins, TX and Carl Strickland of Pine Mills, TX; and his siblings, C. L. Strickland of Mineola, TX and Oletha Yarbrough of Seagoville, TX.. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
