She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Scearce and Ruth Scearce; her son Steven Walker; her brother Johnny Scearce; and her husband Vester Mathis.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Walker (Pheobe) of Oklahoma City, OK and Vicki Hendryx (Scott) of Hawkins, TX; her sister Patricia "Pat"; and her grandchildren, Kevin Hendryx, Shane Walker, Kelsey Walker and Colton Walker. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
