He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Foulks and Ann Foulks (Burke) of Carl Junction; his wife Sally Ann Anderson of Haslet; his sons, Shawn Foulks (Tina) of Saginaw, Justin Alan Foulks and Tyler Foulks (Erin) of Watauga; his stepson Kelly Shaw of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Shelbi, Jared, Chase, Brexley, Charli and Levi; his stepgranddaughters, Maddie-Jo and Kylee; and his brothers, Terry Foulks of Mount Vernon and Eddie Foulks (Rhonda) of Carl Junction.
