He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Amanda Lucille Foster (Hawthorne); and his sister Marilyn Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lou Lindsey; his children, Neil Foster (Johana Centeno) of Fort Worth, Kelly (Ronald Baker) of Granbury and Tracy (Wesley Cleveland) of Granbury; his grandchildren, Heath Cleveland, Bren Cleveland, Harrison Foster, Carter Foster, Colin Foster, Diego Foster, Vince Foster, Reese Baker and Ryan Baker; his great grandchild Harper Foster; and his sister Karen Lewis of Fort Worth.
