He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sr. Dam and Marie Dam; and his sisters, Dorothy and Janette. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Berger; his children, Brian (Ellie), Greg (Hollie) and Karla (Ryan); his sisters, Marion and Harriet; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Jacob, Kendra, Brad, Trevor, Wyatt and Conor.
