He is survived by: his wife Frankie Huggins of Sagerton, Texas; his son Timothy Alan Huggins, Sr. (Margaret) of Avoca, Texas; his daughter-in-law Sharon Huggins; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Huggins, Tim Alan Huggins, Jr. (Claudia), Mark Huggins (Sonya), Nicole Huggins and Bryan Huggins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
