He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernay Wilson Howard Sr. and Eula Mae Davis Howard. He is survived by: his wife Laurel Howard; and his children, Toby Howard (Caroline Jaques), Cindy Howard, Rodney Tsoodle (Leah Tsoodle) and Capella Krewson (Gary Krewson). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Howard Cemetery.
