He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gene Butler and Doris Donaldson Butler; and his brother Jimmy Joe Butler. He is survived by: his brothers, Terry Butler of Knox City, TX and Eugene Butler (Nikki) of Grafenwöhr, Germany; his aunt Patsy Hickox (James); and his nephews, Scott Butler, Zak York and Brandon York. He is also survived by cousins, and a host of dear friends.
