He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Rittie Weldon and Estebelle Turnbow; his wife Sheri Milliman; his mother Patsy Ann Milliman; his siblings, Nathan Milliman, Jr. (Jennifer Jo), Trish Knight (Mark) and Pam Nagata; his children, Jeffry Milliman (Edna), Jennifer Milliman, Rittie Wayne Milliman, Jr. (Jamie), Kayce Cole (Kevin), Jourdan McCord (Trey), Andrew Milliman (Ashley) and Daniel Milliman (Laynee); his niece Laura Johnson (Nick); his father Nathan "Cotton" Milliman Sr.; and his brother Vic Layne Milliman. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
