He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claude and Rosa Reynolds of Haskell, TX.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Wardwell (Dwain "Pops") of Stamford, TX; his siblings, Michele Phelps of Stamford, TX, Tammy McLemore (Todd) of Stamford, TX and Barry Wardwell (Darcy) of Snyder, TX; and his aunt Cindy Ashley of Haskell, TX. He is also survived by four nephews, two nieces and numerous cousins, as well as a host of friends.
