He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Patterson Strickland and Buster Strickland; and his siblings, JoAnn Solomon, Leroy Strickland and Omitene Amonett.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl McIntosh (Matt) of Gladewater, TX; his grandchildren, Colby McIntosh (Liz) of San Antonio, TX and Matthew McIntosh (Katie) of Johnson City, TN; his siblings, Vicki Medford (Danny) of Haskell, TX and Jerry Strickland of Haskell, TX; and his close friend Sandra LeFevre of Rule, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of dear friends.
