She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud E. Reed and Gladys Reed; her siblings, Claudia Jean Tidwell and Ronnie Dee Reed; and her mother-in-law R. H. Underwood.
She is survived by: her spouse C. H. Underwood; her children, Rebecca Lorene Underwood (Becky) of O'Brien, TX, Carrie Elizabeth Donham (Shawn) of Knox City and Robert Reed Underwood (Ranae) of Lincoln, Nebraska.; her granddaughters, Rosalyn Faith Donham and Bethany Hope Donham of Knox City; and her siblings-in-law, Dianna Underwood Raymond and Joe Tidwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
On December 21, 2020, Linda Kay Reed Underwood departed this world, ending a battle of 25 years with Parkinson's Disease.
