He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Fredrick Herring and Elizabeth Herring (Kubala); and his wife Carolyn (Fondy). He is survived by: his sons, Blaze Herring (Kathie Brown) of Longview and Chris Herring (Cori) of Burkburnett; his grandchildren, Jordan Herring of Dallas, Bailey Grace Herring of Amarillo, Jessica Herring of Burkburnett, Brian Herring of Burkburnett and Brendan Herring of Burkburnett; and his brothers, Howard Herring of Roswell, NM and Bill Herring of Roswell, NM. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
