She was predeceased by: her father Ramon Torres; her husband Ramon Nava Ramirez; her daughter Christina Nava; and her brother José Luis Hernandez. She is survived by: her mother Maura Torres (Almaraz) of Cuaulta, Mexico; her children, Martha Nava Unruh (Matt) of Haskell, Edgar Nava of McKinney and Eduardo Nava (Norma) of Stamford; her grandchildren, Ed Lee Nava, Samantha Nava, Justin Nava, Morgan Nava Munoz, Meagan Unruh and Ysabella Fernandez; her great grandchildren, Ayden Nava, Emmi Nava and Collyn Nava; and her brothers, Mario Torres of Houston, Arturo Torres of Mexico City, Mauro Torres of Mexico City and Ramon Torres of Mexico City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
