He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Elena Rodriguez and Servando Rodriguez; and his brother John Vasquez (Lynn Rue Croft). He is survived by: his children, Jesse Joe Rodriguez and Tiffany Nichole Minchey; and his siblings, Teofilo Rodriguez, Servando Rodriguez, Jr., Thomas Rodriquez, Richard Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez, Michael Rodriguez, Mary Lou Allen and Maria Swafford. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, including great nieces and nephews.
