He was predeceased by: his parents, George Billington and Dorothy Wright Billington; and his brothers, John Billington of Fred Billington, J. W and Robert McGinnes. He is survived by: his wife Lola Billington of Haskell; his children, Fred Townsend of San Diego, CA, Lynna Billington, Bryson Young of Abilene and Destiney Billington of Abilene; his stepchildren, Tyrone Thomas, Otis Thomas of Sherman, TX and Jasmine Thomas; his grandchildren, Jacob Young, Tyresse Thomas, Tyland Thomas, Jaedon Thomas, Jordan Thomas and Tristan Fowler; and his sisters, Mary Johnson of Haskell, Georgia Smith of Abilene, Pearl "Minnie" Itson of Abilene and Juanita Wheeler of Pittsburg, CA.
