She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Weise; her parents, Will Zelisko and Mary Zelisko; and her siblings, Lillie Lehnert, Ella Howard, Dora Kretschmer and Albert Zelisko.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Anderson (Donny), Randall Weise and Tim Weise (Donna); and her grandchildren, Matt Anderson, Cody Weise and Julie Solano. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Frances' name to the Experienced Senior Citizens Center: 1404 S. 1st Street, Haskell, TX 79521, who served Frances for many years.
