“Pete Hamel...continued, Page 2. Squee and I communicated through the years via email....but not too much. Today I thought about him, looked him up, and was flabbergasted he had died. I really liked Squee and we had some fun times together. I am so sorry he's gone...so many of my classmates have. I know he loved his family and was proud of his children. “Squee was a dormitory and classmate of mine at Schreiner College...now University, in 1959. He went, and presume, graduated from Texas Tech. While at Schreiner we dated Kerrville girls. I graduated from Southwestern University and we both ended up in Houston....he had an Uncle that was a Dr. there. ......his dad's brother. I entered the Insurance business and encouraged him to interview Southwestern Life in Dallas, as they had a big presence in West Texas. He represented them in the See Part 2)”
