He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Perry and Thelma Perry (Dinsmore); his brother Gene Perry (Ray); and his siblings-in-law, Jeneane Perry and Wayne Blacklock.
He is survived by: his wife Nanette Perry of Haskell; his daughter Connie Decker (Gary) of Stamford; his grandchildren, James Decker (Lauren) of Stamford, Jessica Vaughan (Ryan) of Stamford and Rebecca Decker of Stamford; his great grandchildren, Miriam Decker of Stamford and Ruth Decker of Stamford; his sister Frances Blacklock of Round Rock; and his sisters-in-law, Amelia Perry of Paint Creek and Jennabeth Kimbrough of Haskell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
