He is survived by: his former wife Martha Rose Ely; his wife Patty (Moore) of Haskell; his children, Michael Middleton (Becky) of Austin, Patrick Middleton of Haskell, Stephen Middleton of Dallas, Cathy Garcia of Houston and Alecia Cohen (Paul) of Plano; his grandchildren, Laura Munoz (James) of Austin, Julie Griggs (Tim) of Austin, Amy Shultz (Athen) of Austin, Tiffany Diaz (Tony) of Spring, Mia Cohen of Plano, David Middleton (Stephanie) of Liberty Hill, Zac Garcia of Spring, Cody Garcia (Myranda) of Montgomery, Matthew Cohen of Dallas and Michael Cohen of Plano; his siblings, Freddie Middleton of Brownsville and Elaine Davis of Stamford; his nieces and nephews, Melody Middleton of Brownsville, Missy Dutchover of Stamford, Jamie Davis of Stamford and Jerry Davis of Carrollton; and his uncle Johnny Middleton of Lubbock. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
