He was predeceased by: his parents, Felicita Rodriguez (Enriquez) and Maximino Rodriguez; and his brothers, Mac Rodriguez, Jr., Tony Rodriquez, José Rodriquez and Trinidad Rodriquez.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Rodriguez, Jr. of Abilene and Selina Rodriguez (Johnny) of San Antonio; his former wife Rosa Rodriguez of Abilene; his siblings, Greg Rodriquez (Minnie) of Mineral Wells, Sam Rodriquez of Haskell, Andy Rodriquez (Frances) of Haskell, Marcello Rodriquez (late Delores) of Abilene, Jesse Rodriquez (Elena) of Haskell, Mary Jane Chavira (Alvino) of Mineral Wells, Mary Helen Jimenez (Frank) of Waxahachie and Mary Felis Barrios (late Arturo) of Haskell; and his grandchildren, Eli Ryan Rodriguez and Bryson Cole Rodriquez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved fur baby.
