He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilah Swinson (Bramlet) and Barnie Swinson; and his parents-in-law, Trudy Wheeler (Brite) and C. A. Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Leatrice Swinson of Haskell; his granddaughter Kimberly Thomass (Nate) of College Station; his great grandchildren, Noah Thomass and Elijah Thomass; his niece Sharon Whitaker (Scott) of Grand Prairie; his nephew Steven Wheeler (Carrie) of Electra; and his cousin Muriel.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Charles' name to the charity of your choice.
