He was predeceased by: his nephew Carlos David Cedillo; and his nieces, Alyssa Danielle Rodriquez and Ruby Nevaeh Quintero. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Rodriquez; and his siblings, Raul (Grace Rodriquez), Steven (Esmeralda Rodriquez), Esther (Carlos Cedillo), Ruth Rodriquez and Teresa (Eli Quintero).
