He is survived by: his significant other Geraldine Bierschwale; his sister Callie Fay Terry of North Carolina; his children, Leal Skipper Franke (Eric), David Skipper and Steven Skipper (Kim); his grandchildren, Ray Armstrong (Brittany), Steven Armstrong (Stephanie), Tara Armstrong-Trent (Paul), Scott Armstrong (Andrea), Kriston Ramirez and Haylee Skipper; and his great grandchildren, Tommie Armstrong, Ian Armstrong, MacKenzie Armstrong, Avi Ramirez, Scott Trent, Katherine Trent, Emily Armstrong and Harper Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
