He is survived by: his children, Ruperto Montoya (Teresa) of Harper, Rachel Dewire (Tod) of Ingram, Rodrigo Montoya of Harper, Joe Montoya of Georgetown, Salomon Montoya of Kerrville, Noe Montoya of Phoenix, AZ, Delia Rodriguez (Mayolo) of Harper, Abel Montoya of Houston, John Paul Montoya of Harper and Elizabeth Montoya of Harper; and his siblings, Lucy Montoya of Mexico and Santos Montelongo of Del Rio. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
