He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Michael Miles and Anna Marie Krager Miles; and his brother Michael Miles. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Miles and Kenneth Miles (Karen); his daughter Nicole Hayward (Steven); his nephew Jesse Miles (Shelley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Kaylee and Kendi; his niece Heather Newton (Robert); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor, Garrett and Devin; his nephew Graham Miles (Lindsay); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colton, Asher and Hayden. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
