He was predeceased by: his parents, Mennonite and Paul. He is survived by: his spouse Judy Frazier; and his children, Paula Koehn (John Libby), David Koehn (Amie), Elizabeth Koehn (Ra Inta) and Michael Koehn. He is also survived by his parents, three sisters and one brother.
