The memory of Noreen Parker of Harper, Texas, who passed away on February 28, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid Noreen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Noreen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Donnell and May O'Donnell; her husband Joe Parker; and her siblings, Kenneth, Ralph, Lillian and Margaret.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher (Carla) and Edward (Angela); and her brother Clifford O'Donnell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grimes Funeral Chapels (728 Jefferson St, Kerrville, TX 78028). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
