He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Parker, and Modelle Parker, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Noreen "Joan" O'Donnell; his sons, Christopher (Carla) and Edward (Angela); and his siblings, Walter and Antoinette. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
