It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Byler Sr. (Harlingen, Texas), born in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 20, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Irene Byler; and his sisters, Lizzie Wengerd, Mary Byler and Melinda Yoder. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Byler (Tudor); his daughters, Roberta Bridges and Traci Lavalle (Tim); his stepdaughter Robin Arrington (Clarence); his sons, William Byler Jr. (Cindy), Larry Byler (Marissa), Eugene Byler (Cheryl) and Farrell; his stepson Todd Eakin (Cindy); and his siblings, Nancy S. Yoder, Sally Hostetler (Dan), N. Y., Sarah Byler (Jacob) and Emanuel Byler (Katy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
