She was predeceased by: her father Victorio Lopez; her husband Anastacio Martinez; her children, Roman Martinez and Lupita Martinez; her son-in-law Victor Cerda; and her children, Angela Cerda (Victor Cerda), Armandina Rodriguez (Oscar Rodriguez), Homero Martinez (Lisa Martinez), Manuel Martinez (Rosa Crystal Martinez) and Irene Riojas.
She is survived by: her sister Maria Guadalupe L. Trevino. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Thomae-Garza Funeral Home (395 S Sam Houston Blvd, San Benito, TX 78586). A prayer was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the San Benito Memorial Park (6501 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77007).
