She is survived by: her sons, Antonio Maldonado Jr. (Elva) and Armando Maldonado Sr. (Diana); her stepdaughter Graciela Maldonado Diaz (Tito); her great grandchildren, Amber Selina Maldonado and Adam Tomas Maldonado; and her grandchildren, Armando Maldonado Jr. (Olga), Annette Maldonado Serrata (John Paul), Antonio Maldonado III, Angelica Ambriz (David), Ann Jeanette Maldonado, Alfredo Maldonado Jr., Amanda Maldonado, Roberto Maldonado, Eric Maldonado, Alex Maldonado and Frances Rodriguez (Celso).
