It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sofia Palacios (Harlingen, Texas), who passed away on October 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Abel Palacios, Sr.; her stepson Abel Palacios, Jr.; and her sister Carolina Hernandez. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Carol Montalvo, Ricardo Palacios and Henry Palacios. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
