He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, David of McKinnet, TX and Steven (Cheryl) of Ardmore, OK; his brothers, Bud (Sheila) of Minnesota and Don (Kathy) of California; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Christopher, Alecia, Jackson and Jenna. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
