It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Santos V. Bailey of Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Josefa Rangel Villalon and Pedro Villalon; and her siblings, Marta Villalon Cantu and Gilberto Villalon. She is survived by: her son Troy D. Waldrop (Dawn); her granddaughter Claire Monique Waldrop; and her siblings, Guadalupe Farias (Arturo), Luisa V. Vela, Petra V. Gonzalez, Benigno Villalon (Emma), Reynaldo Villalon, David Villalon and Mickey Villalon.
