He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Garcia (Juan Garza), Ashley Garcia (Joel Diaz) and Santos Garcia, Jr. (Jessyka); his mother Isabel C. Garcia; and his siblings, Juan Jose Garcia, Juanita Rodriguez, Jessica Chavez, Rafaela Garcia, Minerva Cuellar, Mary Zavala, Alma Garcia and Christina Barron. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
