It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Hobson Horak (Harlingen, Texas), who passed away on April 2, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elza Ernest Hobson and Pearl Marie Ellis Hobson; her brother Carl LeRoy Hobson (Sue); her husband Daniel Lee Horak; her children, Linda Darlene Pons (Maxwell Bernard Pons, Jr.) and Daniel Alan Horak; her grandchildren, Stephen Alan Horak, Brittany Morgan Horak and Maxwell Bernard Pons, III (Trey); and her sister Lelia Martin.

Those desiring to do so may make memorial donations to Lighthouse Assembly of God, c/o Prayer Garden, P.O. Box 1408, Port Isabel, TX 78578.
