He was predeceased by: his wife Nelda Prado Fuentes; his parents, Monica Benavides Olivarez and Felix Fuentes; his siblings, Felix Fuentes, Jr. and Vicki Fuentes Wilks; and his daughter Roseanne Fuentes Bosman.
He is survived by: his children, Michael C. Fuentes and Marissa Fuentes Gonzalez. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
